This module can bruteforce the algorithm of the default speedtouch/bt home/thomson router WPA/WEP keys.
These routers, although rather outdated, are quite common in the UK, The Netherlands and France, you can find them with relatively ease in your neighborhood.

The script itself is basically a ported version of the famous script coded by the cool guys at GNU citizen.
I will expand the script with new features as time goes by.

upcoming features:
- jQuery/Ajax notification when a key is cracked

<a href="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9dyVCExsxdY" target="_blank">http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9dyVCExsxdY</a>

You can find all modules and other goodies right here:

UPGRADED TO 0.0.5

Skipped uploading one release, just wanted to make it fully compatible with the latest version of the suite.

latest changelog:
- more tightly integrated into the environment
- cleaned up code
- can run as a background task that can be polled for status

Damn ice on what kind of prehistoric computer did you test it..?
On my computer it completed in less than 15 seconds! Like the task thingie though, but it would be neat if it displayed the 'cracked key' as well.
Also maybe a good idea to display an image thumbnail of the module it's running.. and when it's done you'd get a message.. instead of just removing the task from the list.  Wink

Anywaaaay looking forward to give my critics on the future coming mdoules too, whehhehe.

Lol, it's tested on a netbook with a n270 processor, so yes I'm sure the script can be executed faster.  Tongue
About the cracked key, yes I'm quite positive that I will implement something like that.. not sure when though.
You're also right about displaying some image, have already thought about that, but need to make some minor additions to the code.

Thanks for the feedback, bro!

Hehe yes a girlfriend is an expensive hobby, guess you don't have the money anymore to buy a decent computer.. oh well.
I would also like to have the task polling as option, as I can tell from the js you have there, the task polls a script every second and when you add a new task the number of polls gets multiplied. Remember that this behaviour may be undesired by the end user.

You may as well wait for the script to end so the task script and polls don't get loaded at all. However I have to agree on making polling optional, it's a very cool feature though.

Okidoki will release that later, along with some minor potential bug fixes.

Yes it's quite old, but a lot of those routers are still being used.
