They don't do what? Anyway, nobody likes to download lots of GBs over torrents, however I think it's a great share(CEH is all you need to become 31337), not gonna download though I'm already certified idiot which is enough to survive in this cruel world.

What do you mean, maybe no seeders were online, still I downloaded them all(a few months ago), and thought it would be interesting to put on my site.
Nope, most tools still exist, however I don't know which version you got(dl from demonoid?), each year a new course and tools are released.
